Comfort Food

 

Sister #4 made this delicious looking dinner a few nights ago but we couldn’t stay. It is cheeseburger pie. I’ve been thinking about it ever since. It seemed like the best (unhealthiest) comfort food dinner and just what I neededtonight!

 

She sent me the recipe from theshabbycreekcottage. This one makes three round pans for freezing:

I didn’t have the flour so I modified it slightly. Here are the ingredients I used for one rectangle pan:

I mixed up the crust while I was browning the ground beef:

While the ground beef was cooling, I added some barbeque sauce and ketchup:

Then I poured out the crust into a greased pan and layered the meat then cheese:

Yum!
